Supervisee in Social Work // Master of Social Work

I’m a mental health therapist currently working toward my LCSW, and I’m passionate about creating a space where you can show up exactly as you are. No pressure, no judgment, and no need to have everything figured out.

I work with adults and young adults, and I focus on meeting you where you are while helping you get to where you want to be. My style is supportive, honest, and sometimes a little blunt; I like to think of it as “big sister” therapy. I’m here to validate you, but also gently challenge you when needed, because both are part of real growth.

Therapy with me is collaborative and flexible. I draw from CBT, ACT, and DBT to help you better understand your thoughts, build coping skills, and make meaningful, realistic changes. I’m also in the process of becoming EMDR-trained to support deeper healing and processing.

I see therapy as a partnership because your voice matters here. Some days we’ll go deep, and other days we might just talk things through and figure out your next step (or your next decision).

Whether you’re feeling stuck, overwhelmed, navigating a life transition, or just need a space to be real, I’m here to walk alongside you with honesty, support, and care.
