Marriage and Family Therapy Resident // Master of Science in Education

Couples Counselor

I am a dedicated full-time Marriage and Family Therapy Resident. I have a background in trauma therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectic behavioral therapy, narrative therapy, systems therapy and collaborative therapy. I volunteered for three years with an equine psychotherapy program for veterans with PTSD. My training has been working with survivors of assault (male and female) and abuse, military personnel and veterans with PTSD. I enjoy working collaboratively with individuals and their families.

As a counselor with disabilities, I have a unique understanding in working with individuals and clients who are facing challenges around diagnoses and trauma. My office is always a safe space and judgment free zone.

In my spare time I enjoy baking and cooking, reading, spending time with family, and working with my service dog in training.
