I am a Supervisee in Social Work with a grounded, compassionate approach that is also, when appropriate, a little lighthearted—because healing doesn’t mean we can’t laugh along the way. In my work, I support individuals as they navigate life’s challenges at their own pace, honoring that growth looks different for everyone. I believe therapy should feel like a safe, judgment-free space where you can be fully yourself while we face hard truths, build resilience, and find practical ways to move forward together.
I earned my Master of Social Work (MSW) from Columbia University, where I developed a strong clinical foundation rooted in empathy, cultural humility, and strengths-based and trauma-informed care. My goal is to meet the person where they are and walk alongside them until they are a bit closer to where they want to go.
